Every work in the gallery is in the public domain or released under CC0; each is credited with its Wikidata item and its file page on Wikimedia Commons in the learning card (click any painting). The short descriptions are from Wikipedia, under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence; each card links to its article. The opening picture is Hieronymus Bosch's The Garden of Earthly Delights (Museo del Prado, Madrid).

The site's own code is published under the MIT licence; the zoom is the story mode of Infinite Mosaic. The typeface is Times New Roman where the device has it, otherwise Tinos (SIL Open Font License), served from this site. The mark in the browser tab is drawn from the opening picture’s colours.
